Delivery

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible with an expected delivery time of 2-5 workdays.* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. With an account, you can see your consecutive order under 'My orders'. If you do not have a user account on our webshop, you are always welcome to contact customer service for more information about your order. Should there be an unexpected delay or problems with your order, you will be contacted by us. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information entered is correct and complete when placing an order. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete contact details, or if the delivery address is incorrect, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at info@rosemunde.com. We will do our utmost to correct the error before dispatch, but cannot guarantee that the error can be corrected in our transport partners’ systems in time.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in the parcel not being delivered or being returned, Rosemunde reserves the right to charge reasonable costs for redelivery or handling the return.
