When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible with an expected delivery time of 2-5 workdays.* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. You can read more about our shipping policy here.
What is the shipping cost?

Exchange of products
If you want to return your order, you have 30 days to make the return from the date you receive your order. Please note that exchanges are not possible. You are responsible for the return shipping, and it is important that the return can be sent to a business delivery address. You can read more about our return policy here.
How does return work?
1. Pack the items you wish to return in original unused condition.
2.Fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the return package.
3.Buy return shipment, (business address, not parcelshop) and send the package.
