Rosemunde does not offer free returns at the moment but we are always trying to better our service for our loyal customers. When making a return to Rosemunde, you will have to buy your own return label.
Christmas delivery - Terms & Conditions
All items bought at Rosemunde between December 2nd, 2020 and December 24th, 2020, can be returned until January 8th, 2021. If you want to return, please follow our standard return conditions. Our last delivery date before Christmas is December 21st, 2020 where the order must be placed before 12.00 PM for delivery in Denmark. The last delivery date for international deliveries is December 18th, 2020.
How to make a return via Rosemunde.com
Pack your return slip in the package with the products you are going to return.
Ship your package as a "business delivery" to the following address:

When Rosemunde receives your return package, we will transfer the refund to your account within 5 work days from the date when we receives your package.
Send your package as a business delivery, as we can not offer to pick up all returned shipments in local parcel shops. When you ship as a business delivery, the package will be delivered within normal working hours directly to our headquarter.
We kindly ask you to return the clothes in the same condition as you received them. We recommend watching the video here:
REGARDING RETURNS & FEES
The item you return to Rosemunde needs to be in the same condition as when you received them. You are responsible for any loss of sales value as a consequence of any use or damage. You are welcome to "try and fit" your purchase but we will not be able to refund the full amount if you use the products in a way which reduces the sales value. New items must be returned so that they can be sold as new items to other customers, just like in a physical store. Therefore, please be aware that packaging and clothing should not be curled during the shipment etc.
If the order you receive differs from your purchase (if there is something wrong with the item, if we have shipped the wrong item or the package has been damaged) we make a refund related to that specific item and order.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Returned items must be shipped with:
- Original packaging (Defective/damaged items do not have to be returned with original packaging and hang tag.)
- Copy of the invoice (Or at least your order number)
Missing or damaged original packaging
Return of used clothing depends directly on the condition of the clothing when it is received.
The value of the clothes will be reduced by 30%-90%
FREE RETURNS WITH PAYPAL
If you order your goods and pay with PayPal at Rosemunde.com, you will be able to return your order for free to Rosemunde. To activate this option you will have to activate a free return option on your PayPal account. For additional questions, we recommend that you contact PayPal's own customer service.

Rosemunde gives a two-year warranty for all our products purchased on the Rosemunde online webshop. You can return products which have faults and imperfections within one year from date of purchase provided that these are not caused by improper use of the product. When discovering faults or imperfections claims should be brought to us without any unnecessary delay. We will refund reasonable shipping costs related to returning the product.
