Of course you can cancel your purchase from Rosemunde - so if you want to return your order, you have 30 days to make the return from the date that you receive your order. 

 

How to return:

 

1. Pack the items you wish to return in original unused condition. This means no signs of wear, stains or damage, as well as odors from outside scents such as perfume and smoke. Reuse the bag your parcel was provided in. 

 

2. Fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the return package. If you cannot find the enclosed return form, you can download and print it from here.

 

3. Buy return shipment and submit the package. We recommend purchasing with tracking number as the responsibility for items is yours until we have received the return package. Parcels are only to be send to our business address, not to parcel shops etc. The package must be sent to:

To avoid unnecessary challenges, such as long delivery time, delivery to a parcel shop etc., we recommend sending with: Deutsche Post / GLS / DHL / UPS / Fedex / TNT.

 

Liability for any impairment due to handling other than what is estimated to be necessary to assess the products properties and functionality, as in the case of a purchase in a physical store, is liable. In addition the following conditions apply:

- Missing hangtag is settled 16 EUR

- Return of used clothing depends directly on the condition of the clothing when it is received by Rosemunde. The value of the clothes will be reduced by 30%-90%. 

 

4. Once we have received your return package, the refund will be transferred back to your account deducted for example shipping costs, damages or defects. There is usually a 5-7 business day processing time, but we strive to process your return as soon as possible.

 

Note that it is possible to return one or more items in your order that you do not want to keep. The procedure is the same as indicated above. However, delivery costs will only be refunded if all items in the order are returned.
