You can reach us by calling our customer service or sending an e-mail. Phone hours open on weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm O.T. We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays.

When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible with an expected delivery time of 2-5 workdays.* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

Exchange and return service
If you want to return your order, you have 30 days to make the return from the date you receive your order. Please note that exchanges are not possible.
